Four Steps to Order Your Vehicle

It couldn’t be easier to order from your local Jeep dealership.

1. You choose your make, model, trim, and options, calling us with any questions you have about specifications.
2. We give you special pricing for your vehicle and help you with next steps like your trade-in value. If everything looks good, we’ll send a purchase agreement for your approval.
3. Your vehicle is built according to its place on the wait list. Once the finishing touches are applied, it’s shipped to us.
4. Once your vehicle arrives at our dealership, we’ll be back in touch to work out your Chrysler financing.

Is there any advantage to ordering?

There are three, actually.

1. You’re first in line for new and upcoming models.
2. It’s a good way to reserve limited-edition models.
3. We can’t stock everything, so you get the vehicle you want, exactly how you want it.

Am I stuck with this vehicle if I change my mind?

You can cancel at any time, whereupon we’ll refund your deposit to the original payment method.

I qualified for a rebate. What if that changes?

The good news is that signing your order locks in the rebate. The better news is that if better Jeep finance offers are available when your vehicle’s delivered, we’ll apply those instead.

How long does my special order take?

About 12 weeks on average, thanks to orders taking higher priority to manufacture. Bear in mind, however, that industry-wide parts shortages, combined with certain options, can mean your order taking slightly longer.

Are there any other fees?

We’ll discuss taxes, title fees, destination fees, and the like when we first contact you.
